All you need to enter is the 19 digit card number and the PIN code which you will find under the foil strip on the reverse of the card.

Alternatively pop into one of our stores and ask on of the team to check your balance at the till.

The maximum value you can load onto a gift card is £2500. You can use this as part or full payment for items. Any remaining funds left on the card will be saved until you next  use the card.

Cards expire 24 months following non consecutive use. Use can be when you spend on the card or check your balance. Balances can be checked online at hsamuel.co.uk or ernestjones.co.uk.

Alternatively you can ask for a balance check in any of our stores.

If you have purchased a branded H.Samuel or Ernest Jones gift card you will be able to purchase in that particular store or on the website (H.Samuel and Ernest Jones only). 

If you have ordered our multi-fascia corporate vouchers, these can be spent in any of our stores across both brands within the UK.

Our Eire Euro vouchers can be spent in H.Samuel or Ernest Jones stores in Ireland.

If you are shopping in our stores our teams will process your payment using your gift card. There is no need to use the PIN number in this case.

If you are shopping online you will always need to use the PIN number to complete your payment.

To make purchases at H.Samuel and Ernest Jones websites you will need to enter a PIN number from your gift cards. 

On a physical gift card this is located under the foil strip on the reverse of the card.

On e-gift cards the PIN number will be shown on the certificate you receive, just below the "verify balance" link.
