Signet insurance replacement cards

For a fast route to settlement, we offer:

  • A physical Signet insurance Replacement Card which is sent by post directly to the customer's home address or local store
  • An e-insurance Replacement card is delivered to the customer's PC, tablet or smart phone within 30 minutes from authorisation

Where to spend

Both card types can be spent in H.Samuel and Ernest Jones stores. With over 450 stores across the UK there is always a local store nearby.

Direct product replacement

Items can be ordered by our teams and delivered directly to the customer's home or nearest store. As soon as we know exactly what the customer wants our teams work quickly to order the item and have it delivered. 

The ongoing journey

No matter how a claim has been settled we always call the customer following their claim to check they have received their cards or items and to see if there is any further help we can provide in the form of store or product information or to book a consultation. We are with you all the way.
